• PLACING A BOOKING :
• If you wish to place a booking on one of COMBINED HEATING SERVICES LTD courses , this can be done either by email, phone or in person . Providing there is an available space on the course you require , we will email over an invoice and booking letter with your course conformation and joining instructions as confirmation of your booking, this will contain information regarding your booked course, start dates, payment requirements, balance information, please read this carefully . 
• If CHS LTD declines to enrol you for any reason after accepting your enrolment , and discovers information which gives us reasonable grounds to believe that the course is not appropriate for any reason the centre may cancel the booking , we will notify you accordingly , with the reason for cancellation .
• All short course are to be paid in full as per the invoiced instructions , deposits will be required for some of our courses 
• ACS assessments and Managed Learning Program Courses balances will be due as per your invoiced instructions 7 days prior to you start date of your course 
• All courses are plus VAT unless otherwise stated 
• All deposits including all payments for MLP COURSES are started within the course prices information section, these are to be paid at the time of booking and are non- refundable should you be the party to decide to cancel your course
• Should you wish to make any date changes to your booking , you will be required to pay in full any remaining balance of your course.
• You are responsible for providing the centre with the correct details for enrolment , should you need to amend any details for certificates there will be a £50.00 charge , and you will need to provide us with the proof ( passport / driving licence/ birth certificate ) 
• Cancellations :
• if you wish to cancel a course with CHS LTD  you must cancel within 10 days of date on which you placed your booking
• If you cancel during the 10 day period , prior to your course start date you will receive a refund . less than 10 days no refund will be given
• If you cancel after the 10 day period has expired you will not be entitled to any refund of your deposit or course fees 
• If you book and then decide to cancel any of the course attendance days associated with your course and this is over the 10 day period you will not receive a refund , if it is less then we will refund minus any admin fees that have already been applied
• There are no refunds on the Managed Learning Programme courses once the training programme has started and has gone beyond the 10 day period
• Absences :
• once a course has commenced, you the student must attend all of the scheduled sessions necessary to complete the course , you will not be entitled to a refund for any absence. 
•  CHS LTD cannot be held responsible for any accommodation that is booked by an attending learner , if for any reason the course has to be cancelled due to reasons out of our control , we will not be held responsible for any payments made in regard to accommodation bookings
